What NextDose is

NextDose is an organisational tool for families and caregivers: medication and meal reminders, a shared administration log, optional glucose history, and read-only reports that a family can share with a clinician. The service is provided free of charge.

Accounts and responsibilities

• Accuracy: the data you enter (treatments, schedules, logs) is your responsibility. NextDose displays it; it does not verify it.
• Credentials: keep your password safe. Actions performed from your account are attributed to you.
• Sharing: when you invite a caregiver or a clinician, you are responsible for choosing what categories of data they can see. Access can be revoked at any time.
• Clinician accounts: clinician access is read-only and limited to the categories the family selected. It exists only while the family keeps it active.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to store data of persons who have not consented (outside your caregiving relationship), attempt to access other users' data, disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer it except where the law permits.

Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change or be discontinued; if a change materially reduces the service, we will announce it in the App or on this site.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect damages or for consequences of missed or delayed reminders, incorrect data entered by users, or unavailability of third-party services (push notifications, Apple Health). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account (with all associated data) at any time, directly in the App. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
